He leads with a strategic focus on improving access, quality, capacity, equity, and affordability, effectively managing cross-functional teams and forging strategic partnerships that enhance care delivery models and achieve excellent outcomes. His strategic approach incorporates rigorous quality management and advanced technology and data analytics to develop pioneering care models, which seamlessly integrate acute care, ambulatory care with comprehensive Care at Home and Post Acute Care programs, as well as alternative care and value-based models. This approach is underscored by a solid educational background from Duke Fuqua School of Business and dual board certification, along with a track record of influential publications and leadership in healthcare delivery.

As a clinician, researcher, and scholar deeply engaged in the nexus of medicine, business management, and clinical informatics, I am dedicated to enhancing health and healthcare delivery by integrating innovative digital health technologies and artificial intelligence into clinical practice. My research primarily revolves around designing, implementing, and evaluating technology-driven clinical programs that address real-world healthcare challenges. I have led significant, impactful, and innovative clinical transformation programs at institutions such as Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of California, Davis all aimed at transforming healthcare delivery and improving community health outcomes on a large scale. I have authored influential publications with the AMA, such as "Return on Health," which provides a framework for measuring the value of digital health, "Future of Health," and "Health at Home." These publications focus on transitioning from inconvenient, costly, and inappropriate care to patient-centric, high-value care and have sparked critical discussions about digitally enabled care, its successful implementation, and the measurement of its impact.
