DAISY Award
Congratulations to Viacheslav Popov
Viacheslav Popov, RN, BSN
Patient Care Resources
We want to thank all of your employees, especially Viacheslav Popov. He was our shift nurse for two days. He was very attentive to us. He didn’t do anything or didn’t give any medications without explanation of the medicine or what he was doing. We noticed that he has a plan of his work, so he did all the procedures on time. He tried to answer all the questions that we asked him. If he didn’t know the answer he would ask the doctors to clarify things. Viacheslav does not just work and spend his hours but he invests his soul and everything in order to help the patients by taking care of us and very conscientiously doing his work. He is very kind. He was patient to us, he listened to every question we had, our every need and didn’t give up and leave us. He was not rude to us when we asked things again and again for some difficult questions to understand.
Thank you so much that you have workers like him. It is very important to have such workers who really want to help in difficult times or moments that we experienced. He wanted to help not only the patient but our entire family. We were glad to meet him. He left a good memory of himself and also left good memories of all the workers in your hospital. Thank you so much for the skillful and compassionate workers such as Viacheslav Popov.
About the DAISY Award
The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses recognizes outstanding members of the nursing community and the very special work they do every day. It was established by the DAISY Foundation in memory of the extraordinary nursing J. Patrick Barnes received when he was hospitalized. (DAISY is an acronym for diseases attacking the immune system.) This nursing recognition award program offers patients, families, and professional colleagues a way to honor nurses for all they do. The DAISY awardees consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care.
