Philosophy of Care

I would like to serve my patient' needs by performing a quick, comfortable and reliable method of fine needle aspiration biopsy virtually any superficial lumps which can be felt or visualized under ultrasound,and by providing more accurate and emphasizing state-of-the-art diagnosis.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Zhou is a cytopathologist and surgical pathologist. She has expertized in sampling virtually any superficial lumps which can be felt or visualized under ultrasound, often eliminating the need for a surgical biopsy; and interpreting the samples.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Zhou is interested in teaching resident physicians and cytology fellowsto master sampling skills of both manually and ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration biopsy and to accurately interpret specimens by emphasizing state-of-the-art diagnosis.
