Silvest Morris

Silvest Morris leads the Cancer Center Informatics team, which works in collaboration with enterprise IT, to develop and maintain database and other information system solutions in support of clinical research, cores, and administrative systems. He started his career at UC Davis in 2005 as a computer programmer. Silvest, a recipient of the UC Davis Employee Excellence Award in Teamwork/Collaboration, is passionate about working with other NCI-designated Cancer Center technologists to network, develop and exchange programming innovations and enhancements in support of integrated research data capture, data systems interoperability, decision support and streamlined reporting and analytics.
