From Cancer to Health
People diagnosed with cancer feel a great deal of stress. Over time, that stress can sometimes disrupt the healing process. From Cancer To Health is a 12-week educational group designed to help women with cancer connect, cope with the stress of cancer and cancer treatment. Group members will learn strategies to manage stress, ways to lessen the impact of physical symptoms, and skills to cope with common problems faced by people with cancer.
Location: Call for information
Groups are held throughout the year. They are free and open to non-UC Davis patients.
