Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine
She attended medical school at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at UC Davis and joined the UC Davis Hospitalist Program in 2015. Academic interests include medical education, evidence based medicine, and program development.
Department of Family and Community Medicine, School of Medicine
She practiced full spectrum family medicine in rural settings for five years before beginning her work with UC Davis School of Medicine in July of 2017. She went to UC San Francisco for medical school, completed her residency at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez, CA, and finds inspiration in working with learners to provide excellent care for all.

He is currently Assistant Program Director for the Anesthesiology residency. He is also actively involved in teaching fellows, residents, medical students and allied health professionals.
Rebecca Mardach, M.D.
Department of Pediatrics, School of Medicine
She is a trained pediatrician also board certified in both clinical and clinical biochemical genetics and genomics. Her main clinical interests are the application of medical genomics to cancer assessment and treatment and the diagnosis of genetic disorders causing neurodevelopmental dysfunction.
Office for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (OEDI), UC Davis Health
She serves as the Director of Multicultural Education for UC Davis Health. She is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and monitoring diversity and inclusion training within UC Davis Health, identifying all educational resources within UC Davis Health/UC Davis pertaining to equity, diversity and inclusion education.
Alison Semrad, D.O.
Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine
She serves as the Endocrinology Fellowship Program Director. At the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing she serves as the medical director for the physician assistant program. She co-founded UCD's multidisciplinary thyroid cancer clinic and thyroid cancer tumor board. Dr. Semrad's research interests include fellowship education and health outcomes in both differentiated and iodine-refractory thyroid cancer.

She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School and completed residency and fellowship training at Children’s National Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. As a pediatric intensivist, she enjoys working and teaching in a truly interdisciplinary team that includes medical students, residents, fellows, nurses, respiratory therapists, patients and families.

She is a graduate of UC Davis School of Medicine. Her clinical interests focus on adolescent health, prenatal care, and community outreach.

She is a hematopathologist. She is involved in teaching medical students, pathology residents and fellows.

Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing
She serves as Primary Care Faculty for the Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Programs. She is relatively new to full time Academics after 35 years as a clinician in Family Practice. She brings an expertise in health care policy promoting use of advanced practice registered nurses to improve community health and access, particularly for underserved, diverse and rural communities.
Tao Wang, M.D., Ph.D.

He completed his residency training at George Washington University Medical Center and Fellowship training at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His clinical interests include Bone, Soft Tissue, GI and Liver pathology.
