She is passionate about medical genetics education and is currently working on the integration of genetics into the medical school curriculum. Her research expertise includes mammalian genetics and skeletal and cardiac muscle diseases.

She serves as the director of medical student education and the co-director of the Family Planning fellowship in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her M.D. and M.P.H. from Harvard, and completed OB/GYN residency and Family Planning fellowship within the Harvard hospitals.

He earned a masters degree in physiology from Georgetown University and attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed internal medicine residency at UC Davis and was board certified in palliative care and hospice in 2012. He has served on the UC Davis faculty since 2007.

He is a microbiologist. He completed postdoctoral training in infectious diseases and a masters of medical science at Yale. His clinical experience is in primary care, infectious diseases and metabolic syndrome. Research interests include patient-centered outcomes, team-based care, quality and safety, health-care education and advancing rural and global health with mobile technologies.

He is a Health Sciences Clinical Professor in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where he is the director of Diversity Training and Education. He is a nationally recognized scholar in the area of cultural psychiatry.

She teaches in the Masters Entry Program and teaches courses in improving quality in health care and preparation for clinical practice. Her background is in maternal-child nursing, women's health and leadership. Academic interests are in the preparation of new nurses as leaders in quality and safety, advocates for diverse patient populations, and agents of change for healthier families and communities. She has extensive knowledge with the use of simulation-based learning to transform curriculums.

He joined the UC Davis School of Nursing in 2015. He completed his Ph.D. in nursing at University of Pittsburgh and was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Sleep and Respiratory Neurobiology. He has taught at the university level since 1998 and maintains research involvement in sleep disorders and hypoxia-related disease.

He attended medical school at UC Irvine, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at UC Davis. He is an Assistant Chief of Adult Hospital Medicine at Kaiser-Permanente, Sacramento. He joined the Volunteer Clinical Faculty in 2000, and teaches medical students and residents as one of the Key Clinical Faculty for Inpatient Internal Medicine at Kaiser-Permanente, Sacramento.
