Philosophy of Care
I aim to provide compassionate and holistic care that prioritizes your values. My approach centers on collaboration with patients, families, and care teams to support healthy aging in and beyond the hospital.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Gill is a geriatrician with clinical interests in academic inpatient geriatrics, focusing on complex medical care, delirium prevention, and care transitions. She applies a geriatric lens to hospitalized older adults, emphasizing functional preservation, medication management, and alignment of care with patients' values. Dr. Gill is currently part of establishing an inpatient geriatrics consult service to advance age-friendly care in the hospital setting.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Gill's academic interests include integrating geriatrics principles into inpatient care and advancing age-friendly practices through quality improvement.
