About Annie: Annie was born and raised in Elk Grove, CA as a child of Vietnamese immigrants. She attended Stanford University for her undergraduate education, where she developed a passion for medical innovation through extensive research and bioengineering endeavors. After graduating in 2024, she worked as a clinical research coordinator at UC Davis, organizing clinical trials for the Division of Nephrology. In her free time, Annie enjoys painting, singing, and trying new foods.

Why you chose ARC: The ARC-MD curriculum aligns with my goal of becoming an academic physician- someone who not only guides patients through complex medical conditions, but also works towards developing new cures for diseases and educating aspiring physicians.
