The School of Medicine Registrar's Office handles the following for UC Davis School of Medicine graduates:

  • M.D. Degree Verification
  • Certification of Diploma
  • Completion of Licensure Forms
  • Copies of Dean's Letter

All services of the records office are free of charge. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your request. 

All requests must be accompanied by an Authorization for Release (PDF) .
