We are delighted you've joined our team at UC Davis School of Medicine. Please work with your supervisor and team to complete the general onboarding process, including accessing our systems, obtaining a key card/employee ID, and completing mandatory training sessions.
- Accessing Our Buildings: Within your first couple of days, please plan to visit Ticon III with your photo ID (a passport or driver's license can be used) to pick up your badge.
- Accessing Systems: Your supervisor will initiate your systems set-up with IT Services. Once access is granted, you can complete your online trainings and access your email.
- UC Davis Health Duo Self-Service: We use Duo as a secondary security measure when logging into email. Once your account has been established, visit UC Davis Health Duo Self-Service and set up your authentication device.
- Required Training: We require the following training modules be completed within your first few weeks of employment and annually thereafter. These modules are available in our UC Learning Center and trainings include:

- UC General Compliance Briefing
- UC Cyber Security Awareness Training
- UC Davis Health Mandatory Annual Training
