Philosophy of Care
I believe that open communication, respect, and empathy are the foundations of patient-centered care. I am committed to applying the best-available science at the bedside and taking the time to understand each patient as an individual. I strive to educate my patients about their neurovascular conditions so that we can work together to create a thoughtful and effective care plan.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Nguyen is a fellowship-trained vascular neurologist offering specialty care to adults with stroke and cerebrovascular disease.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Nguyen's clinical and scholarly interests include prevention, diagnosis, and acute management of stroke, intracranial stenosis, and studying systems of care to improve the treatment and delivery of care for patients with cerebrovascular disease.
