Biostatistics Department

The Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Research Design (BERD) Program at the CTSC provides statistical support to clinical and translational science investigators. The program assists researchers with projects of all sizes and types from simple data analyses to large, multi-center clinical trials. Specific services the BERD Program provides include:

• Grant proposal preparation
• Study design/sample size calculations
• Statistical analysis plan development
• Data analysis and interpretation
