Professionally, I am interested in mental health in the primary care setting as well as Lifestyle Medicine, which seeks to address chronic medical disease with lifestyle measures including plant based eating, exercise and stress reduction.
Personally, I love to spend time with my husband and two daughters (1 and 5 years old), especially gardening and doing anything outside. I also enjoy doing triathlons and reading just about anything.
