Philosophy of Care

My philosophy of care includes establishing a partnership with families to gain an effective understanding of their children's strengths and areas for growth, family needs and context so that we can develop a plan of care that fits their child and family. I work from a strengths-based model that acknowledges the unique perspective of each child and family.
