Philosophy of Care

Dr. Solomon is very passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults with autism and their families. In all her work, she tries to help her clients to achieve their optimal functioning and highest life satisfaction.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Solomon is a licensed clinical psychologist who studies children, adolescents, and adults with autism. She has special clinical interest and expertise in social skills training, having founded the MIND social skills program for which she serves as Research Director.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Solomon's research focuses on cognitive development in autism using behavioral and neuroscientific methods including fMRI. She also studies other factors that can affect development including anxiety and depression. She has an interest in supported employment as a means of improving the lives of adults with autism.
