Dr. Park is committed to providing the best and latest treatments for her patients with retinal disorders. She believes this is best achieved by a combination of an excellent medical support teach, latest diagnostic instruments and thorough patient education. As such, Dr. Park and her team are readily available to answer any questions or concerns from her patients.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Park is vitreo-retinal specialist who provides surgical and medical therapies for various retinal disorders, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, macular holes or puckers, and retinal detachment. She also has expertise in ocular oncology and treats patients with intraocular tumors. She offers proton beam irradiation for ocular melanoma and performs various eye therapies for retinoblastoma.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Park's research focuses on developing novel therapies for retinal disorders through translational and clinical research. Her research includes exploring the use of stem cells for retinal regenerative therapy. She also uses of the latest retinal imaging tools to study retinal disorders and effects of therapies.
