The Immune Modeling, Analysis and Diagnostics Shared Resource has the following equipment and infrastructure available:

  • Bio-Plex 200 system capable of multiplexing up to 100 analytes simultaneously in a single well using only 25 ul of sample
  • Tissue culture room for patient sample processing and to perform immune function assays. Equipment includes 3 laminar hoods, 4 tissue culture incubators, centrifuges (two Eppendorf 5425R and 5810R), microscope and water bath
  • Infrastructure for sample collection, processing and storage with dedicated -20C and -80C freezers and two large liquid nitrogen storage units with temperature monitors
  • QiaCube robot for automated nucleic acid isolation
  • Eppendorf epMotion® 5075t
  • Agilent 2200 TapeStation to check RNA/DNA/protein integrity
  • Bio-Rad Droplet Digital PCR system
  • Tecan Infinite M1000 PRO microplate reader capable of 3D imaging and top and bottom reads
