Process for Responding to CSP Emails
- Students are expected to respond to the Committee on Student Promotions (CSP) emails from HS-SOMCSP@ucdavis.edu, Committee Chairperson, or Vice Chairperson within two business days (e.g. an update even if a finalized plan cannot be proposed yet).
- If no timely response (within two business days) is received, a reminder email will be sent approximately 3-7 days after the initial email.
- If no timely response (within two business days) is received to the second reminder email, the student may be invited to meet with CSP to discuss the matter of the inquiry. The student may also be referred to the Professionalism Improvement Committee (PIC).
- Exceptions will be considered under unusual circumstances (e.g. the student was on vacation, hospitalized, or in the ED on the day the email was sent).
