Epic - Radar

Radar is a Business Intelligence tool that Epic has included in their Cogito Analytics module. Radar dashboards can include multiple types of content such as:

• Visualizations
• Metrics
• Links to Hyperspace activities
• Lists of most used Reporting Workbench Reports (RWB)
• Links to RWB reports
• Links to external reports such as Crystal Reports or Tableau Dashboards

Every user role in Epic should have a dashboard default that has been customized for their specific needs. Radar dashboards are customizable, can be shared with peers, and components on the dashboard can be created from SlicerDicer queries. Find Radar dashboards you have access to in Hyperspace by navigating to the Analytics Catalog.

Epic has created many foundation Radar dashboards that data consumers can review and request be implemented here at UC Davis Health. Find these in Epic’s Report Repository. Note: you must first have an Epic Userweb account to access this catalog.
