Project Synopsis

This project installed a cement pad and all associated electrical infrastructure to make way for a mobile MRI and Imaging Suite to support patients seeking care within the City of Davis and nearby communities. This was one of the rare instances where the University exercised its constitutional authority to permit all improvements in an un-owned (leased) facility.

Project Description

The project installed a cement pad, electrical infrastructure and mobile MRI and Imaging suite adjacent to the existing Davis Clinic located off Covell Boulevard in the City of Davis. The project ensured that all ADA and jurisdictional covenants and restrictions were adhered to and mitigated to make way for a safe and aesthetically pleasing exterior installation.
