Leased Project Development and Management

The Leased Project Development and Management team provides project management and project oversight for projects that are supported by a third-party such as a developer or landlord. Projects include ground leased developments, build-to-suit, tenant improvements, as well as major maintenance and small renovations. This team of exemplary professionals perform projects that help bring UC Davis Health’s quality care to several communities in and around the Sacramento Region.

The Pharmacy Shared Services Center construction project is underway. This new building will house a highly automated system supply chain that will be the first of its kind in Northern California, supporting patients and their families not just in our immediate region, but across the nation in all 50 states. The 82,000-square-foot facility will be home to the Department of Pharmacy Services and also to an infusion center. The project is expected to complete in fall 2023.

The Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center Project is located at 1651 Alhambra Blvd., Suite 200A in the Alhambra Cannery. The center will begin seeing patients again July 5. The Center is one of 33 National Institute on Aging-funded Alzheimer’s research centers in the United States.

The Health Administrative Services Building (HAS) is located at 10850 White Rock Rd., Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. There are several departments moving into this building: Purchasing, Revenue, HR, Financial and Accounting Services, Government, Reimbursement, and IT. The owner of this building is Transpacific Development, the architect is Stantec, the general contractor is XL Construction, and the construction manager is McCarthy Building Companies.
