Project Synopsis

The Davis Campus clinic project delivers approximately 4,000 square feet of medical office building on the current site of parking lot 40. The project provides nine patient treatment rooms, a laboratory and six practitioner and staff offices.

Project Description

The Davis Campus clinic was developed and built in partnership with the university and was intended to better serve employees who receive their healthcare from UC Davis Health. Its strategic location on the university campus helps to push services out from the medical center to a more convenient location for employees.
