New tenant improvement to develop new infusion, pharmacy and interventional psychiatry clinics.

Project Description

Outpatient infusion is a high-revenue generating function. This project allows us to grow our market share while bringing the service line off-campus, relieving pressure from hospital-based infusion, and allowing UC Davis Health to offer a more relaxed and spa-like presentation to a stressful treatment. Interventional Psychiatry is a new service line to our system and helps bolster our reputation as a cutting-edge health system. The Behavioral Health team sees this project as a chance to offer advanced care and help break the negative stigma surrounding mental health treatment. Includes 14 infusion chairs, five TMS chairs and six ketamine rooms.
