Project Synopsis

A 45,000-square-foot facility for sports medicine, training and instruction; a full-size, natural grass practice field; offices for multiple sport and student-performance-centered programs and the renovation of the existing Bob Foster Team Center.

Project Description

This project was a brand-new ground-up build, and through a partnership with UC Davis Health, included a 15,000-square-foot clinic that is home to Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine and Radiology. This project was certified as LEED gold and included not only a state-of-the-art gym and training facility but also included classrooms, offices and auditoriums. This site will not only be a huge resource for the athletics department but will act as a tool to recruit prospective athletes.
