New tenant improvement to relocate the Stockton Prenatal Diagnosis of Northern California team to a modern clinic space.

Project Description

Relocation of UC Davis Prenatal Diagnosis of Northern California, Stockton, from its former location to Stonecreek Commercial Center on Pacific Avenue in Stockton. This project included six private ultrasound rooms, two consult rooms and one flex exam room. The new location expanded patient care areas by over 50% and provided a clinic that aligns with system standards for patient care. The project achieved LEED Silver certification and provided elevated patient care and a provider work environment amenities like customizable lighting, temperature zones and white noise to promote a calming and private space to elevate patient and staff satisfaction.
