Interior of Fleet Services

Project Synopsis

The Fleet Services project constructs a vehicle service and maintenance shop in an existing industrial space located at 8210 Berry Avenue in Sacramento, California. The project was needed to facilitate the relocation of UC Davis Health’s Fleet Services department, which was displaced to support a new parking structure as part of the Aggie Square development.

Project Description

Via a lease agreement, this tenant improvement effort constructed vehicle servicing bays for gas-powered and battery-powered vehicles which are deployed to support various operations for the UC Davis Health campus.  The vehicles include box trucks, shuttles, electric and gas carts, as well as electric, hybrid and gas-powered sedans. The project will provide for office, locker, and changing and break space for staff. Space for part storage and a yard for Fleet vehicle security was also included in the scope.
