Administrative hub that supports the White Rock Rancho Cordova Call Center.
This Tenant Improvement (TI) project, located at 10888 White Rock Road, supports the White Rock Rancho Cordova Call Center and general office space, while also serving as an administrative hub to support the Sacramento campus decompression.
This was a full building TI project inside a 68,000-swuare-foot Class “A” office building originally constructed in 1998. The project consisted of a 37,000-square-foot first floor general office space environment, with both hard wall and open office space environments, plus support functions. The second floor was also a full TI for the call center, with support facilities.
