Project Description

This Healthy UC Davis project installed a 1,600 square foot concrete pad, shade structure and National Finess Campaign (NFC) Fitness Court Assembly. The fitness court includes 1,024 square feet of sport tile, body weight training wall and fitness court elements to support seven movements (core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility, bend) for a full body workout in only seven minutes. The UC Davis community can join an instructor-led class offered by UC Living Fit Forever or utilize the Fitness Court App for individual workouts.
