MyUCDavisHealth gives you secure and confidential access to:

• Schedule appointments and receive personalized reminders.
• Send and receive non-urgent messages from your care team.
• Review your medications, immunizations, allergies and medical history.
• Request medication refills, including for delivery to your address at no additional cost. Learn more about deliveries
• View lab and test results.
• View after-visit summaries, discharge information and more.

The MyUCDavisHealth app and web portal brings the care team to you with convenient video visits. Use your smartphone, tablet, or personal computer for access to:

• Telehealth Video Visits: Chat virtually with your care team to follow up about chronic disease management, specialty care, procedures, mental health, and more. Learn more about video visits and about family video visits
• Telehealth Express Care: Same-day and extended-hours video visits with UC Davis Health care teams to discuss non-emergency issues. Examples include flu-like symptoms, UTIs, GI problems and more. Learn more about Express Care for UC Davis Health patients and Express Care for non-UC Davis Health patients
• Medical advice through MyUCDavisHealth messages: Messaging your provider through MyUCDavisHealth is another way we make care convenient. Most messages to your provider and your provider’s office are free. However, some messages may be billed to your insurance as E-Visits. Learn more about E-Visits

UC Davis Health has expanded interactive text messaging to make care more convenient and include more options for you to interact with us via text messages, if you wish to do so. 

You can text START to 47232 to opt in and start receiving messages about your appointments and other health information. (Or, you can go to ‘Account Settings’ and then ‘Communication Preferences’ in MyUCDavisHealth to update your settings and set up text messaging at any time.) Text message and data rates may apply.

You can also text STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for information about the program and ways to get answers to questions at any time.

After you have opted-in, you can use words like ‘REFILL’ for prescription medication refills, or interact with us in other ways via text message.

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. MyUCDavisHealth is password-protected and uses the latest secure encryption technology.

Only you, your doctor and your doctor’s authorized care team have access to your information.

Along with test results, UC Davis Health is pleased to share online access to most of the notes our health care team writes about a patient’s visit or hospital stay. This is related to the national movement toward “Open Notes.” You are invited to read your notes on MyUCDavisHealth – your secure, confidential patient health record portal.
