Dr. Dorsett believes in using a team approach of dedicated professionals including physicians, nurses, therapists, psychologists, social workers, case managers, and family members to allow patients to achieve their maximal functional abilities to improve their overall quality of life.

Dr. Dorsett specializes in general physiatry treating a variety of patients including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, spinal disorders, and multiple trauma.
