I want to improve the health and quality of life of my patients through a comprehensive treatment approach, individualized to each patient, and based on the best-available medical evidence.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Burnham is clinically active in Primary Care Internal Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine. He is the Associate Head Team physician for UC Davis Athletics. His clinical interests include adult primary care, office-based primary care procedures, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, and point-of-care ultrasound.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Burnham has additional interests in graduate medical education, point-of-care ultrasound, and the diagnosis and management of sport-related illness and injury.
