The adult infusion centers offer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, intravenous fluid and drug therapies, therapeutic phlebotomies and central line management.
Our registered nurses, many certified in oncology care, give patients personalized support. They also have expertise in other infusion treatment given at the center including Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, sickle cell disease and genetic disorders. Nurse navigators help with insurance coordination and scheduling of appointments.
We ask that you please do not come to the infusion room if you or your visitor are ill with anything that might be contagious. Please notify your physician of your illness and call us to reschedule your appointment. Depending on the treatment, we may request a responsible adult stay for the duration of treatment and transport patient home.
We want your experience at the infusion center to go smoothly. Your well-being and safety are top priorities. Please ask to speak with either the charge nurse or nursing management if you have any special needs or concerns.
