Clinical Interests

Dr. Han is a pediatric intensivist who cares for children critically ill with various conditions such as traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome, congenital heart disease, shock, and malignancy. She has special clinical interest in improving recognition, management, and clinical outcomes of sepsis in pediatric patients. 

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Han's research focuses on understanding the host-pathogen relationship in pediatric sepsis, with the goal of identifying modifiable risk factors and treatments to improve clinical outcomes.
