Dr. Noren provides compassionate, patient-centered surgical care in order to deliver the highest quality outcomes for his patients.
Dr. Noren is a board-certified and fellowship trained colorectal surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive treatment of diseases the colon and rectum. He has particular interest in advanced endoscopy and the treatment of colorectal cancer, as well as diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease and the treatment of pilonidal and anorectal disorders.
Dr. Noren’s research has focused on improving the quality of care for patients that undergo colorectal surgery. Specific areas of interest include projects to reduce opioid medication usage in colorectal surgery, prevent surgical site infections, and evaluate approaches to endoluminal surgery. He has written and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and textbooks and is dedicated to the education and training of medical students and future surgeons.
