Clinical Interests

Dr. Ali is an expert in weight management and metabolic health, ranging from medically-supervised weight loss program to bariatric (obesity) surgery. He also has a special interest in foregut issues such as reflux and achalasia and employs all of the latest techniques in patient care.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Ali's research focuses on understanding how nutrition affects metabolic health and seeks to optimize preventative and treatment strategies. His specific interests lie in how bariatric (obesity) surgery helps patients manage weight and improve medical conditions.
