Philosophy of Care

Inclusivity: Dr. McKenney strives to provide patients of all ages, genders, shapes and sizes with excellent imaging while being mindful of radiation.

Clinical Interests

Dr. McKenney is a diagnostic imaging medical physicist with an expertise in the physics of radiation-producing machines, such as general radiography, mammography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography. While she supports imaging of all patients, Dr. McKenney has a clinical expertise in pediatric imaging.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. McKenney’s research focuses on optimizing image quality and radiation dose. The challenges to ensure excellent diagnostic imaging provide interesting and evolving research opportunities.
