Clinical Interests

Dr. Nardo is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist and nuclear medicine physician fellowship-trained in the oncologic imaging. He has special clinical interest in musculoskeletal radiology including sport medicine and osteoarthritis.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Lorenzo Nardo’s main interest is translational research. He wants to provide clinical background to basic science researchers, assessing clinical feasibility of research projects and to apply new imaging techniques in clinical studies.

Dr. Nardo’s research program has three main focuses: (i) application on new imaging techniques and therapies in osteoarthritis and sport medicine; (ii) advanced imaging and new therapy for cancer.
