This week, we proudly honor our advanced practice providers. At the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis, we prepare family nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurse anesthetists who are shaping the future of care. We are also home to the Primary Care APP Fellowship.
Our interdisciplinary approach brings together diverse professions and life experiences, helping students and fellows see health care from many perspectives. That collaboration builds the kind of leaders and change agents we need now more than ever.
Our graduates bring tremendous value to UC Davis Health. They make a difference in specialties such as plastic surgery and orthopedics, while also serving on the front lines of primary care. Many of our alumni choose to practice in rural Northern California, expanding access to care where it is often needed most.
