Our engagement process involved more than 200 participants from our Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing community along with several UC Davis leaders.


One-on-one interviews

Our engagement process included interviewing constituents in leadership positions:

  • UC Davis Health leadership
  • Davis campus leadership 
  • UC Davis Health nursing leadership

Focus groups

We conducted focus groups which addressed the following areas:

  • Health system integration
  • Practice development and growth
  • Community engagement and partnerships

  • Educational programs and growth

  • Alumni and National Advisory Council members
